We are looking for a CNC Operator to join our team. CNC operators are responsible for producing precision-machined components, forming the core of modern automated manufacturing floors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Set up and operate CNC machines according to job specifications and programmed instructions.
2. Load raw materials, select appropriate tooling, and adjust machine parameters for each production run.
3. Monitor machining cycles to detect abnormal sounds, vibrations, or tool wear during operation.
4. Inspect finished components using precision instruments to confirm compliance with drawings.
5. Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance to keep equipment running reliably.
