We are looking for a CNC, VMC, HMC Operator to join our team. Skilled operators of CNC, VMC, and HMC machines are essential to producing complex, high-precision components across multiple manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate CNC, VMC, and HMC machines to produce components as per drawings and process sheets.
2. Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and work-holding devices for each job.
3. Monitor machining parameters and tool wear to maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
4. Perform in-process inspections using gauges and measuring instruments to catch deviations early.
5. Carry out routine preventive maintenance checks to keep machines running at optimal performance.
