We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. You will coordinate day-to-day engineering maintenance workflows, supervise technical field crews, and ensure maximum uptime for all electro-mechanical utilities. Your leadership will ensure that planned maintenance schedules and emergency breakdown repairs are executed safely, swiftly, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assign and monitor work orders for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical technicians through the facility management ticketing platform.
2. Supervise the execution of scheduled preventive maintenance programs to prevent catastrophic breakdowns of mission-critical assets.
3. Review critical equipment logs, chiller plant logs, and diesel generator consumption figures to identify efficiency deviations.
4. Enforce safety standards, Permit-to-Work (PTW) procedures, and PPE compliance across all internal and outsourced maintenance staff.
5. Manage technical spare parts inventory, generate procurement requisitions, and verify completed works before contractor invoice sign-offs.
