We are looking for a Metallurgical Engineer to join our team. This role will analyse metals and heat-treatment processes to improve material quality and product performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate metal composition and microstructure using appropriate test methods.
2. Monitor heat-treatment processes and recommend parameter improvements.
3. Investigate metallurgical defects and product failures systematically.
4. Support material selection and process qualification activities.
5. Document findings and communicate technical recommendations to production teams.
