We are looking for an NPD (New Product Development) Engineer to join our team. New Product Development engineers bridge design and manufacturing, ensuring new products move smoothly from concept to production-ready reality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with design and R&D teams to translate product concepts into manufacturable designs.
2. Develop and validate prototypes, conducting trials to assess feasibility, cost, and performance.
3. Coordinate with tooling and process teams to finalize manufacturing methods for new products.
4. Analyze test data and customer feedback to refine product design before mass production.
5. Prepare technical documentation, including drawings, BOMs, and process specifications for new launches.
