We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team. Production supervisors coordinate daily shop-floor activities, ensuring output targets are met while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and allocate daily production tasks to ensure targets are met within scheduled timelines.
2. Monitor line performance, addressing bottlenecks, machine downtime, or material shortages.
3. Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety procedures across the production floor.
4. Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and materials teams to resolve operational issues.
5. Prepare daily production and performance reports for plant management review.
