We are looking for a Purchase Officer to join our team. Operating within our purchasing team, you will manage day-to-day procurement transactions, review departmental purchase requisitions, and coordinate supplier order execution. Your attention to detail will ensure materials and services are procured within budget and delivered strictly on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Review and approve purchase requisitions from internal departments against allocated operational budgets.
2. Source quotations from approved vendor lists and negotiate competitive spot purchasing terms.
3. Release formal purchase orders and coordinate delivery schedules with external supplier dispatch desks.
4. Resolve invoice mismatches with the accounts payable team by reconciling purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices.
5. Maintain vendor records, price catalogues, and purchase transaction history in the company ERP system.
