It plays a key role in reducing service disruptions and maintaining compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and execute test plans to validate network configurations, upgrades, and new deployments.
2. Identify, document, and track defects through resolution in collaboration with engineering teams.
3. Audit field installations and processes against established quality benchmarks and standards.
4. Analyze recurring quality issues to recommend preventive measures and process improvements.
5. Prepare quality assurance reports and dashboards for management review.
