We are looking for a Setter / Setter cum Operator to join our team. Setters bridge the gap between engineering and production, configuring machines precisely so operators can run jobs efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Set up machines, fixtures, and tooling according to job cards and engineering drawings.
2. Perform trial runs and first-article inspections to validate machine setup before full production.
3. Adjust machine parameters and offsets to correct dimensional deviations identified during trials.
4. Train and guide operators on correct machine operation for newly set-up jobs.
5. Maintain setup records and changeover logs to reduce downtime on repeat jobs.
