Key Responsibilities:

1. Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow across the team to meet production or service targets.
2. Coach and mentor team members to improve skill levels and work quality.
3. Monitor safety compliance and address unsafe practices on the shop floor immediately.
4. Track team performance metrics and report progress to department managers.
5. Resolve day-to-day operational issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.
